39’ Deluxe Cabin:

40’ Deluxe Cabin:
2 bedrooms w/1 double bed. Sleep 2-4

A/C & heat. Picnic table, outside barbeque grill and fire ring. Linens provided every 3 days.
All NEW deluxe cabins have an electric fireplace, TV for DVD (Bring your own DVDs & player.) Deluxe cabin linen service every 3 days only. Bring your own towels for the pool.
A SURETY DEPOSIT OF $175., CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD (NO DEBIT CARDS) IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL FOR ALL CABIN RENTALS. IT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON SATISFACTORY INSPECTION OF UNIT AT CHECK OUT. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN ANY CABIN.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a choice of a refund of amount less $25 bookkeeping fee (per site), or a choice to change your reservation date. Your reservation date must be changed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There is a $10 fee for changing your date, allowed one time per original reservation. If you change or cancel your reservation within the last 7 days you forfeit your deposit.
Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a full loss of deposit.
CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
We do not give refunds due to discomfort of nature.
